Cstrike Problem
It was working fine earlier today... I have tried re-installing both steam and graphics card drivers... this is the expanded error message:

So... from this I have been able to confirm that it is a problem with the atioglxx.dll file

oh - and all other games are running fine - but they are direct3d games... haven't been able to try any ogl games

Are you using the Radlinker profiler with Steam and CStrike? If so, remove the RADLINKER links in the games folder and try running just the game from its normal link to see if it works right.

IT's just a problem with opengl... I'm running the original hl with cstrike on direct3d with no problems... but it crashes under opengl

My CS would crash on OpenGL with Omega 4.1's, but it works perceft with Omega's 4.2.

I've sorted it by installing omega 4.2s.... must be a bug with the standard 4.2s
