Anyone here had the pleasure of playing freedom force ?? ?
omg
was looking around various gaming sites two nights ago and came upon a review of freedom force by EA. Its been out for 3 months now but i must have missed it. Anyway i managed to get my hands on a copy.
Graphics are as good as warcraft 3 in the style of the cheesy old batman series KEEPOW etc..  its the same kind of game as wc3 (rts) BUT you play as super heros. Really is a great game and i have been hooked for the last few days.
If you've not tried it i suggest you do !

yeah I like the game alot, very "tongue in cheek", and actually quite playable.
worth checking out for sure. I certainly have had some laughs at the comic book cut scenes.  |

Tried the demo
And it was fun, but it kept locking up my pc. I'll keep my eye on the bargain bins for it though.

Excellent game
Freedom Force rules. I loved that game and plowed through it in a matter of a couple weeks.
Very funny stuff, excellent customization and... well... it was actually finished and put out and didn't suck! Very rarely does a superhero game do that
Supposedly they're working on a sequel. Oh, and it was made buy a bunch of ex-Looking Glass guys (System Shock, Thief, etc.) so it had no chance of being bad! |
