Ok here is what I got:
Radeon 9200 (new omega drivers)
512mg Ram
AMD Athalon 2.0gh

I play Wolfenstien Enemy Territory and I cant max out my frames per second. Ive tweaked my game configs to the max, ive turned off all uneccesary services on my computer, i just defragged and im only getting about 40 frames per second. Now when I get into the action my fps slows to about 20-30. Is there anything I can do to get more performance out of my card. I know its not teh best card but it shouldnt be performing this poorly. Please help out if you know of anything that I can do.

Yeah I dont know how to do that. Is there instructions? And all that bios stuff is foriegn to me. I dont want to fry my computer. Any advice

Yeah, don't fry. 10 or so MHz won't hurt, and you'd be surprised by the performance increase. I recommend Rage3DTweak.
