Need for Speed Underground Patch #3
Electronic Arts has released a third patch for Need for Speed Underground, the recent urban racing game by EA Black Box. Just like the previous updates, this patch is only available via the game auto-update feature (select 'check for update' in your start menu) or at this page The patch improves cheat detection functionality, fixes some hardware issues, fixes UG Mode Completion, fixes various stability issues, and more (read full story for details).

I have download the last patch, but it's still getting some freeze, and little pause.Anyone with the same problem ?

I still get the little pauses, but they have been minimized.
Weird thing, when I downloaded the newest update, it put the files on desktop instead of in the game directory. I had to copy them into it.  I don't know why, I use the normal install path for the game, I didn't alter it. |

mine screws up after installing it.... my motion blur doesnt work instead it makes the screeen darker as it gets more intense. when doing nitrous i can barely see anything its that bad i turned it off but havent checked if that fixed it

are you running with AF on? if you are try turning it off, ive heard quite a few people having problems with stuttering and AF on. |

i had the same exact issue so I rolled back and wrote ea support about it
hopefully we should have an answer before too long 
i really need to work on getting my list of contacts back up
ive let it slip way too much since I worked here *sighs* |
