Hello and a very nice and warm welcome for you! Welcome to my thread! Today in this thread we will be discussing the game Dreamfall. We will talk about what the game is and what it represents and of course what it means to you. SO sit back and enjoy the hospitality as we proceed with today's discussion on "Dreamfall" The Longest Journey.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the game. There are some obvious flaws like the fighting mechanics and some specific action moments, but overall it's not that bad, and I really like the game engine. Not as good as TLJ though!

I haven't played Dreamfall for some time, thanks for reminding me of it

mmm great game, but yeah, doesn't quite have the depth that the original Longest Journey has, but I do like the little "tie-ins" that appear every now and then through out

I'm going to have to replay these again I think

Saw this actually a few times in my local game shop, was a colector's edition with an art work book and yadeda, nothing on the box that actually intrigued me though. Might have to buy it and try it out

yeah seriously you should, it's not your typical action game, so if you're looking for a quick fix, this is not it.
The original game is a monkey island/myst styled adventure/puzzle game, nice deep story, while dreamfall has the elements of that, with a bit more action involved and a different control scheme

I loved the fight scenes. Not only did they give you a challenge, but they were very satisfying to win! Don't know why noone likes them. Although maybe it's the XBOX version. I play it on PC.

I restarted Dreamfall again too. I'm up to inside the gym just leaving after having seen the The White Lady video for the 3rd consecutive time by the little white girl Faith!
