UAC is for users that really don't know what the hell they are doing with their computer. If you do know, then use the full admin account and rename it. here is the trick

Not a great idea for the layperson, I've seen numerous people mess up their installs of Windows doing this. Better off just disabling UAC for a standard admin account.
