As soon as I tried to run the exe Avast pulled up and gave me a brief description. Looks like a possible worm. Its called MS Junky or something. I tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times. I'll repost it but DL at your own risk.
Mig, where did you get yours from?

Its just ingame ads. Does not matter where you DL it because I guess thats the price you pay for free games.

In game ads are not a virus. I have the game and checked it a couple of times and haven't found anything bad with it.
The only major flaw is that you need to be online to play the game (to download the ad), but since I don't plan on playing the game again after finishing it, it's not a big deal.
Still, no virus, checked with AVG.

Does anyone have issues playing it on vista? I can't get it to run - it gives me a "create cursor texture fail"

I encountred a trojan too, but I am not certain it is related to the game, and it wasn't found in the game's folder.
Interesting.
