BTW, why don't you buy Rainbow Six Vegas? The first one must be very cheap now.

Another game (which I can't believe hasn't been mentioned) is Call of Duty 4. It's definetly my favorite game of 2007, and the only one I still play. If you haven't checked that out, you are seriously missing out.

Bioshock doesn't have multiplayer Crysis does.
They both were pretty forgetable to me but I still play Crysis for the multiplayer.
I say Resident Evil 4.

Agreed, it's a fantastic game that rarely (not never) gets boring
I'd probably go with Bioshock over Crysis, Crysis feels more like a game where you arse around than progress through a story if you ask me, a sandbox mode would be cool

I considered mentioning cod 4.... As it is a top notch game i found the single player side way too short.
I have no idea what the online side is like,as i have no interest in online gameplay.
Its a good alternative game.

Online is where COD4 really comes into it's own. The single player game is short but very sweet, i'd definitely reccommend COD4 above both Bioshock and Crysis.

I think Bioshock is a better game coz it doesn’t totally kill your system. But for the graphics crysis will make you go whooo-ha, yaa baby... (saw it on a friends PC coz it kicked mine)

This thread made me go purchase Bioshock today. I don't play multiplayer games and storyline/gameplay is way more important than graphics. I'll buy Crysis when it drops to $20

You should be happy, and the visuals in Bioshock are nothing to shake a stick at either

I picked up Bioshock.
What a creepy freak’en game!! Really man…I get shivers playing this game.
Runs really well on my pc. FRAPS is set to show a max of 60fps and I don’t think I ever saw it drop below that.
I also played the Crysis demo…I was not impressed. In fact I set it to “high” and still didn’t think it was all that to look at. Maybe the demo is different that the game, I don’t know.
