and that reason is to see the ending of the Metal Gear Solid saga with MGS4

. I plan to lock myself out until I finish the ending. With that I open a MGS4 discussion thread and sick wallpaper for your PS3 for 1080p users.

I have a feeling the controls will be really complicated and gameplay will feel a little clunky. theres so much to do now and so many manoveurs. people want them but at the same time want it executed easily. I think that will be the main problem.

otherwise who do you think will die? for sure Liquid-Ocelot and very highly likely Snake will die (or some form of him). They said everything will be revealed... main thing I want to know are who really are the patriots.

well, the one game i have liked so far for ps3 has been Resistance. which i hear they're making a sequel to.

i heard it sucks and never bothered to try it, the screens and videos made it look like a mix of hl2 and painkiller... but the new one has 16player coop and 60 person online. only if we can have in game xmb integrated into the game.

metal gear online should be interesting, i heard the subsistence servers are closed down now for north america

ps3 does have some good games, just bugger all.
not enough to warrant purchase, especially if you have a 360 already. (up until MGS that is

this year it will pick up, but it sucks how GTA is making exclusive episodes for the 360 when the PS3 has the ability now to download content (unlike the ps2). Sony helped GTA get on the map last generation.

i just want to see the ending of metal gear. who are the patriots, who is the real mastermind of all these events and who is going to succeed solid snake

imo, ONE game can't make that much of a difference in the console world. sure, it would have an impact, but nothing significant enough.

but, idk. i could be wrong about that.

are you talking about MGS4 or MGS in general? if MGS4, it has a lot of competition nowadays. but the MGS series together you would be foolish to make a statement. In terms of story and depth, theres probably nothing that can come near it IMO. and if there is, the gameplay is never anything original or captivating that MGS has been like.

no, just MGS4.

i haven't heard of so much hype on any other ps3 title than this one, so i know it must be good, lol.

well every game in the past has scored like 9.5/10 (mgs3 on gamespot didn't even make a 9 oddly). and snake just being a badass hahaha. its getting more hype because of it being the ending this time around.
