Essential Oblivion mods

Hey, I am about to re-install Oblivion here, and would like know what are some great mods to add back in.

I don't want anything that affects gamplay like some big uber-weapon or anything. Mostly stuff that will make the game look better and run smoother.

This is a great site to get Oblivion looking great. Its basically a mod guide with links to the best mods. Worth a look.

jdc0589 is on a distinguished road

I cant remember where I got it (one of the main oblivion sites) but it makes the 'milky' looking distant land MUCH more detailed; not to the point that it really taxes the GPU, but its much easier on the eyes than that ugly distant texture that came with the game.

I also downloaded the HUGE Quarls Texture pack 3. ITs 1.67gb, but really does help out the overall appearance of the game. I cant notice a performance drop even though most of the new textures are 4 times larger than their originals.

Im not sure if this exists, but other mods I would install if available are a more detailed grass/foliage mod, something to make the window reflections more realistic, and something to make the roads and stone paths actualy look 3d, they look hopelessly flat to me.
