how to do it???
i'm stuck here at this part in hl2: lost coast. i'm pretty sure all i gotta do is just set up the boxes and pallets to hoist me up onto the scaffolding. it's just a matter of how to do it.
yea....it's pretty bad. i've been trying for the past couple days how to figure out. it's starting to get me frustrated    |

Actually that's not at all what you gotta do. There is a door somewhere which will lead to a ledge. Go back in where you broke the machine and direcetly behind it, when you walk towards that spot, the wall will break and there shall be a few combine...

ok. i know what area you're talking about, but am i to do that before i go into this area, or once i'm in the area? and with what am i to break the door down with?

just chuck something in the breeches, that'll kill it shortly after combine come through all doors and the ceiling - one of those doors will be your path |

lol....no, i haven't even gotten into the church. i'm still stuck outside. i didn't even know that i had to break anything down in the church

i take it that this is the ledge you guys are talking about? how do i open the door or go out onto the ledge though? you guys said to blow it open, so i tried some grenades and also my rocket launcher, both to no avail (you can see the black spots of where they exploded on the ground).

you do enter the Church shown in the images,but i have only played lost coast once,so i can't remember exactly how you enter..
But i do know what to do afterwards though.. |
