COD2 or FARCRY Instincts ? what should i buy next ?

Only you can answer that. What kind of shooters do you usually play? COD2 is a WW2 based game with old fashioned weapons with real people, whereas FCI is more modern combat with upto date weapons and vehicles with real and mutant enemies. COD2 is darker than FCI which is sunny beaches with palm trees (for the most part anyway).
I have FC on PC, one of my favs, and bought an XBox when they released FCI and now recently bought an XBox360 for FCIP. I'm a little partial to FC but it depends what story/environment you prefer. Realism vs fantasy.
There are plenty of demos, videos and images for you to taste each game and then decide. Get one and then the other, they will each bring a different experience and add to your gaming history.

Instincts is only for Xbox360 but you can get CoD2 for PC...so get Instincts

CoD2 was just meh. I haven't played the new Farcry yet but I wasn't a big fan of the PC or Xbox versions. These shooters are just bland IMO, fancy graphics but thats about it.

I really enjoyed FARCRY and was quite ticked off that Instincts was not made available for the PC.

COD the first, was much better, IMHO, than the sequel. After completing it, I haven't had any unction to start it up again.

COD2 is a nice multiplayer experience but nothing more
and Farcry Instincts is boring

i wouldn't recommend cod2 if you want something that will last awhile before your next game. i felt the game was really short. lasted me only about a week
