2048x1536 on crossfire x1900 (14xAA/16xAF)
hooked up my crt here.... low and behold, after using an lcd for over 2 months.... wow, my hq crt looks like a blurry mess in comparison.... a well.. can't really push the crt dot pitch below 0.20..
continueing on..
figured i'd give crossfire a few things to really chew at.... shortly (hopefully after i get back my 30inch dell due to having a few dead pixels in places i didn't care for ..which i'm assured isn't comman, and frankly i'm not serprised as i had already got to play with 3 other ones for a short period of time) i'll have 2560x1600 high res screenies.
And no, sorry, the most current game i've got is Serious sam 2 which, for whatever reason still will not allow HDR + FSAA.... even forced it won't work.. you turn on HDR and fsaa is instantly removed.. quite depressing as these cards really do a fine job at both..
sorry, don't have oblivion...
Anywho, just playing around i took snaps of ut2004 maxed out, lineage2 maxed out, and serious sam 2 so far all 2048x1536 and all FSAAed (aside from serious sam 2).. with HDR when available.. (lineage2 currently support it mildly and in some cases, extensively, not bad for an ageing engine totally modified, MMORPG)
ah well, enough to the blaben... This is gonna take awhile...
I'll provide links due to nearly all of them being 700kb-1mb in size... Most of them are slightly compressed jpegs... and some more then others.
Below is Lineage2 Snapshots: (erm, btw, ignore the title of "<3 Man Ass", some of my clan mates like the fact that they can change my title, but i cannot change it, due to my rights being revoked in doing so, yes yes, laughing stock of the clan hall)

http://img327.imageshack.us/img327/9...ussam248az.jpg
http://img429.imageshack.us/img429/4...ussam259cz.jpg
I'll upload more of other games as i go.
BTW, remember, this is with 14xFSAA so for example in Ut2004's case, at times when the frame rate drops to below 20fps, (and for good reason) it's seriously doing a hell of alot of work, although i must add, it never is a slideshow effect, it's pretty damn smooth yet even at those low of frame rates (i don't think i EVER saw below 20fps).
With 6x FSAA enabled, the frame rates never ever drop below my Vsync refreshrate settings. (all shots taken with vysnc on... i never have it turned off)

The new excessive mod (3.02) I think. We played for a while with it one night, it was a lot of fun. Beauty screenies by the way. ut2004 still looks damn good imo.

hell yes.... LOTS of fun...
I personally love my own multimutator gametype... PureOverkill.
My servers up reguardless still, anyone free to join at will, just need a few gamepacks... and volla.... (still looking for a host for my small 20mb zip of a few extras)
I'm debating on loading CTF4/TDM4... boy that's a fun as hell game to play with enough people.

I'll just post it..
You need the Ut2004 Community Bonus Packs 1 / 2 Volume 1 / 2 Volume 2
You need the Ut2004 Mega Pack as well
You need the latest Patch
You need Excessive 3.02
You will also need a small package of stuff i'm additionally running on the server. It's roughly 20mb in size, zipped. IF i can find a host, will provide a link to.

Don't suppose you could take a few screens running the BF2 demo (or full game if you have it) with 14FSAA?

guess i could find the demo and give it a whirl and see.....
still wishing for my dell 30 inch though.... a 2560x1600 res image is much more impressive visually.
