PandaZ3 is on a distinguished road

I am now using Vista HP 64 on two machines, both are running the GPU client. I was surprised that I had to download DirectX 9.0c to get them to work, one is a X 1950 XTX a 512 card and the other is a 512 X1800 XT for now. Both are working well and using the 7.7 now 7.8 Cats
