Through their E-Mail header find out their ISP, contact their ISP threaten legal action.
There is a way you can trace them to where they live. Not sure if "normal" people can do it. I sure as hell know the CIA and NSA can.

The thing that I find amusing is that this is an excellent example of natural selection and Darwinism (excellent subjects for the Flame Warzone) online. If someone sends out an email that doesn't proliferate ("If you send me to anyone else you will suffer the most terrible luck"), you will extremely rarely see it. However, if some dum8fuc|< sees an email that promotes its own proliferation ("If you send me to anyone else you will have great and happy luck!"), they will probably send it, and so the probability of you seeing emails that promote their own proliferation is much higher than the probability of seeing emails that promote their own destruction. So therefore it doesn't really matter who would write that sort of thing - it only matters that at least one person would write it somewhere in the web, and chances are you would see it, while all of the emails that aren't written like this you never see...

I don't want him banned - however, I wouldn't mind most of his posts being deleted by some mod... the thing is DriveEuro, if he was posting in dead threads with decent information that I benefit from learning, then I wouldn't mind in the slightest! BUT HE ISN'T! He has very few original, useful posts as far as I can tell, and until he increases the ratio of good posts to bad, I'm not going to like him... at all...
