There is no reason to try to spread this everywhere in DH forum. If you don't like guru3d, good for you, nothing is going to get gained by dissing them here.

I seldom visit the FWZ and sorry I didn't reply to your post on the welcome thread as I always do for new members. We don't need any more Scurvy fucking bullshit or banned waste from Guru or any other forum.

If you are truly interested in DH welcome aboard but if you are going to start flaming and bullshit on areas besides FWZ then fuck off !!

Sorry to be so blunt but after dealing with someone that constantly accused DH contests of being rigged and called the owner an "ugly little man" on a thread where he eventually gave away AMD Expert kits to members turned my stomach.

How are your drivers different from Creatives?

I used bass in my driver sets thats what driffter from others sets

most people want bass for movies and games if they hook up from xbox or ps3

Plus I added support if your card not in my sets.

but my audio already has bass. and if it's less i can increase it using the bass knob. i still don't get how ur drivers are different.

I've came to a similar experience at Guru3D forums a year ago maybe(and throughout the year), basically they don't care nothing what you say about reviews, and were somehow biased towards nvidia overly as a first thing I spotted(small comments in brackets making those reviews subjective)

I said tthat and all community just smashed me with some stuff that hilbert is some big guy in there. Omg, and it was all wrong the feel was just so stupid , they didn't get to the point that AMD Phenom 2 is just better at games and i7 was better in nonpractical stuff like memory bandwight and virtual strees and processing tests. Simply some stuff in reviews pissed me off bad time, but I approached them kindly asking to explain what was about that. They did not reply kindly though.

Cause about that, I got searching about guru3D and found quite some stuff all around the web citing guru3d weird community and behavior.

It seriously was biased towards nvidia, in the reviews it wasn't directly spotted if you just read it through fast but many patterns emerge in my head seriously suggesting that guy who writes them has some other opinions, just need to read carefully and you spot easily

Benchmarks were to me a bit weird too, they too little tested games and supported it's facts on the virtual useless and unpractical tests.

One one I remember they said "just because the recent drivers ATI card comes in really close, if it weren't for the drivers, then ..." Like supporting the fact on whatifs and outdated guessing , Like saying "shame ATI got new drivers, nvidia would be faster" that's: Same Shit Different Expression.

Just found more, Fooling people wirh benchmark....Guru3D

Definately something to it, I swear I felt a bit weird myself on guru3d facts without any prior consent about it being biased. A little search and turns out I find the web lurking about guru3d down sides. So it's not me complaining, it's a lot bigger.

I just saw this thread but had to add something. Hilbert at guru3d takes backhanders from companies. They were discredited sometime ago but he managed to cover it up - I would believe about 10% of their reviews and the rest is whoever pays them the most.

Wouldn't be so bad if the guy was a decent human being, but he is the most egotistical self centered dude. He loves people to refer to him as the mafioso, the don and the top dog and just bans anyone who has a difference of opinion. I am not banned over there but I seen quite a few good people get removed for merely a difference of opinion and calling him out on some sloppy and biased review testing.

Its a great download site, but its a joke in all other areas, even the fact they nicked drivercleaner's ideas and even its name for a while (before apparently DH told him to stop) just speaks volumes.

Never have been back, I won't even download drivers there anymore. plenty of choices on the net which is what I love about it. This site has much better quality reviews and content and the forums are also better moderated and the admins don't run about like reject gangsters.

I have no issues with them and actually like the site for the downloads etc and information, but I tend to chill here(I read more than I write, which shows on my post count). Besides on DH you can cuss!! Well sorta =P

My whole reason for checking DH is to see what wild and zany Avatar Zardon is running around with(usually some cool freaky stuff).
