My Games don't work

Hello. I'm not complaining or anything, but I do have a problem with some games I do own. Why is it that during play when I get to the best bit i get stupid frame skips. I mean come on! It's not like I'm psychic and can discern what's happening before it does. I can't and don't know the script. So what am I to do. Someone please help me.

find a patch for the game that fixes the problem on the net.

usually people who have had the same problem with the game get fed up and write a patch to solve the problem.

or the game developers realize their mistake and write one and post it on their official site.

? i'm really confused considering this is the flame warzone and this thread simply doesn't make sense for where it was placed..... (aka reason i wasn't helpful at all)

The vet told me not to even goooz (fart) near an open flame for fear that it might cause an explosion
