i'd like to thank cox cable for deleting my email accounts and server space today. i had nothing better to do than call your tech support staff this afternoon. also...i appreciate your clear and concise explanation as to why all my images are forever lost in your recycle bin.

I ran into a similar prob up here with COGECO CABLE.

I didn't post with LOVE as I reported them to the BBB.

hmmm.... Those motherfuckers are always kind to Mac Daddy now.
Even though the case is still pending. And I am still a customer ........

Four members of there "SUPPORT STAFF" were relieved of active duty ....

BOTTOM LINE ........... Don't FUCK with Mac Daddy.

had to call cox again this morning....my tv signal disappeared last night. the support staff operator (rosalinda) said they already knew about the outage and sent a tech out. 10 hours later...still no tv.

rosalinda assured me that i will be receiving a prorated bill next month for the loss of service (going on 24 hours now). bitching and moaning wouldnt have done a thing except make her repeat a scripted response....although if i'm forced to watch the season finale of csi using an antenna tonight heads will fucking roll.

cox sux and i am writing a long letter to explain how displeased with their service i am. one year ago it cost $29.99 a month for 3mbit cable... then the price went up $5 when they switched from excite to their own network.. .then recently it went up another $5 and now my speed sits around 1.5-2.0mbit... so the price goes up and up and the service continues to go down.... i am fed up... constant outages... (i have their phone too) and i already canceled the cable... and i am sending them bandwidth logs... to show that i am not abusing their service and should not be capped.... i am also sending them numerous speed tests where my max speed was about 90kbit instead of the usual 1.5-2.0mbit.... i should not have to wait until midnight to get anywhere close to their advertised speeds.... cox is bs and i will cancel the phone and internet if they dont fix this crap they call service

unfuckingbelievable..

received a nice little packet from cox the other day...describing their new migration to 'high speed internet' from..uh...'cox express'. whooptie doo.

here's the bugger....and i'm flaming mad at this one...they changed my primary email account user name. so instead of sinjin...i'm now sinjin2. wonderful.

so i have to send emails to everyone on my list notifying them that i'm no longer sinjin...i'm now sinjin2. motherfuck.

update...spoke with this lovely lady from cox...her name was annette and sounded like her mouth was stuffed full of mashed potatoes and collared greens. i explained that it was going to be a major pain in the ass to send out emails to everyone telling them that i'm now sinjin2 and perhaps she'd like to lend me a hand....well actually it really wouldnt be difficult to send out 1 generic email to everyone...its just embarrassing i guess to be known as the second sinjin. (if you dont count stringfellow hawke's brother from airwolf and the volleyball player)

annette empathized with my situation but said there was nothing she could do...my account is being transferred over to another server where there already resides a sinjin...and he was there first. hogwash. this guy probably just converted over before i got a chance to. friggin name squater.

On a serious note Sinjin:

I would identify all of the customer service reps you have been dealing with ...
Ask them too identify and name someone in senior management at "COX"

I would certainly voice your displeasure upon your service at this point in time.
I've been reading it for far too long

Ask for an Email address of someone in charge ... And VOICE your Opinion ....
