My pissed off moment of the month is this : WHERE THE FUCK IS THE NEW SLI BOARDS!
I mean come the hell on are ATI haveing sex with the motherboard venders ??
or paying them lump sums of money... Seriously where the hell is the new sli motherboards... 680I has like been out forever lol all i see poping up all over the place is awsome new crossfire boards. its my understanding that Nvidia hold the crown as the fastest high end card makers but why the hell are new crossfire boards (example X38 chipsets) being released and no sli motherboards being released. ? I WANT A NEW DAMN SLI BOARD DAMNT, :/ . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . My BFG 680I sucks are clocking Quadcore lol Still im pritty pissed at this shit we fellow SLI dudes have to put up with.

blame nvidia.... and them refusing to allow Crossfire Certified to be beside thier Nvidia SLI certified stickers.... You know theres been a falling out in some form when intel, supporting ati's crossfire, when ati is essentially amd........ lol  Actually NOW with the newer crossfire internal connections and actually being very useable, working alot better, and working quite excellently with vista..... i'm not surprised that crossfire is supported on almost anything...

i don't know.. i'm pretty sure that no card can effectively run 2560x1600 or better at high sustainably high framerates.....
1920x1200 or higher resolution pretty much REQUIRES dual cards atm..... while granted a select few will game demand the dual cards.. some people can manage to tolerate other games that only would benifit quite a bit from it.

Yeah faggots. The speed with which newer graphics cards come out you are just pissing you money away with dual gpu setups. You may as well bend over the counter & let ati, amd & nvidia just gang fuck you up the arse. Thats their idea of over the counter service!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!!

No games require 2 GTX cards to get passable framerate.
If you want to get an SLI board, wait for the new nvidia cards at least.

We'll see what GoW and UT3 perform like on even current day tech @ maximum @ 1920x1200 cranked to the max FSAA and other such quality sliders...

Why on Earth would you need to crank up all the AA shit to max at 1920x1200. Are you the million dollar man or something?
BTW, I have no problems with a single GTS card to game at 1920x1200 with all details high and 2-4x AA and 8-16AF. Considering that a single GTX is much faster, why you would need 2 GTX is beyond my understanding.

ATM, the Nvidia 8800/ATI HD2900 series is more powerful then our currently "dated" games... aside from the more recent ones that are starting to show some serious juice suckage.. I'd like to see someone try play GoW Maxed out @ 1920x1200 sustained minimum frame rate of 60fps or better.... With AA and the works... trust me... even @ 2560x1600, there are jagged edges.... that with AA of 2-4x improve things considerable..... and 2560x1600 is nearly TWICE as many pixels to draw.... UT3 will likely push the envelope to the point of litterly being a slideshow maxed @ 2560x1600...

I don't know about UT3 being such a system killer. Unreal Engine 3 seems to scale well, Bioshock for instance ran exceptionally well and didn't need uber rigs to play at acceptable levels. Crysis on the other hand...

Your completely missing the part where i state "Maximum quality"
The UT3 system requirements are quite excellent, as it can effectively scale and work very well on radeon 9500 series and UP as well as the Nividia 6xxx series (because the FX sucks) Anyone remember when UT2003 launched and the radeon 9800 series was just sticking it's head out? Maxed out, even the radeon 9800 @ 1280x1024 ran it fairly.... er..... "unsmoothly"
