Whats the point of Math?

im so freaking screwed on math. im just fine with basic multiplication and division, even decent at figureing out variables, but only simple ones.

i took 3 years of algebra, and every year i had to drop back to pre-alg. was the damndest thing too... slept threw pre-alg, didnt do a damn thing, and walked out of the class with an A every time.

get to algebra and worked my ass off, did after school tutoring, the whole thing. i was doing good if i could get over 60% in that class... it really kicked the hell out of me.

they tested me in geometry and several other advanced maths, and for only haveing limited knowledge on the subjects, i did quite well. my school basicly said fuck you though. they wouldnt let me try my hand at geometry and up until i passed algebra.... that never happend.

each pre-alg class i took counted as a math credit. after i got my 2 years math credits i said the hell with this and moved onto diffrent things.

yes, i know i said i took 3 years of pre-alg and got 2 years credits. 1st year was in middle school. im not a complete idiot at math.

I love maths. Simultaneous and quadratic equations I do for fun. I go to the library occasionally and just do some equations for a bit from text books.

Sad but true....
