"No Holds Barred Debate!"
In a recent debate, Javafox and Toshiro came in and told us that we should keep the personal insults to a minimum. So here I think we should have a no-holds-barred anything-goes thread! Bring up any topic you want here, and we'll just duke it out without worry about the debate getting off track or out of hand!
To be on the safe side we should try our best to stay within the rules, lets just agree to a few ground rules (to keep our thread from being closed) - personal insults are ok, name calling isn't. You have to try to debate instead of just flat out attacking the other person, unless you are attacking the other person's beliefs, in which case you are doing a great job! Remember, point is to have fun and debate, not injure the other person personally.
Thanks everyone who participates!

This looks to be interesting, but could very very quickly and easily spiral beyond the limits of the Political Debate forum While I think its a great idea, it unfortunately needs to go to the Flame Warzone. Stay within the rules for that forum, and I now turn it over to the FW moderators (thread moved to FW) I'll leave a redirect inside the Political Debate forum for this thread.

Maybe I should get this going.......
raid517
Thinks that he is the only person with a brain or know's how to read, and that only his views count, or at least should be considered the only real facts.
ByteMe
Is wondering what the public opinion is on whether he should be President....possibly of the "New World" !! Scary thing is.......some people are actually considering it!!! "digitalwanderer"
There are many topics that deserve good debate in this forum, some people just have a different way of communicating there point's, I hope that this will accomodate those individuals.

I was just watching "Harball" on MSNBC, and seen some good views that are making sense.
On the point of the UN. I am starting to think that the UN is getting outdated and more corrupt then the last Presidential election here in the states. Let's face it, if it wasn't for good old Jeb, his brother wouldn't be President, but considering who the alternative was.......maybe it was a good thing.
The UN seems to have an agenda to become a "World Government", and in such, is trying to be the only government in the world, by forcing it's idiotic views of gun control, and crap like that. Maybe it is just time for the US to pull out of the UN, and just do what has to be done to protect it's citizen's. Locking down the Mexican border seems to me to be a good start. Here we are trying to supposedly stop the drug flow across our border's, and yet with the border wide open, how is it possible. Sounds like a good place for the military to be.
Then you consider that the growth of poppi, in Afganistan is rampent after we took down the Taliban.....why isn't the UN doing anything about that. Come to think of it......is there anything that the UN has done recently that has actually accomplished something!! All I see happening is Europe bickering, the Middle East falling apart, Korea threatening war if someone farts in there general direction, and of course.........the UN just wanting to talk about it........Talking isn't getting anything done, it is time they actually grow some balls and do something!! After seeing how the UN handles things, it is a good thing that we have people like Bush and Blair. At least they are willing to do more than talk, and if it wasn't for the British and US military, the UN wouldn't have much of a military force to begin with.

Cyber Elitism
SEX, RELIGION, POLITICS, etc have fueled many name calling threads in the past. I wish I could post several hundred or even a thousand opinions about politics and debate them successfully, but could have a million and it would not matter in the long run unless I could deliver some salient points, I sure haven't seen to many. I think swallowing a little pride and actually think before we "thread" would be nice, but "hey", it's just a way to exercise our freedom on the web. I can clearly recall some of the obscenities by our senior members as well as our junior folks too, I get a real laugh out of it, and I sure don't take it too seriously. I think I have the unique right to debate, or complain or anything else, because I served my country, voted and suffered, but I would not dismiss the ramblings of some of the snotty nosed kids that have opnions too, just wish they could throttle their "angst" a little, and keep the profanity down a little and save it for superbowl sunday, and the playgrounds, ha ha....Surely their mommys and daddys want them to get more sleep, and turn the computer off at night, (snicker). but "Hey", no harm no foul, least we aren't duking it out of the sidewalk!

I am surprised to see that you have such a low opinion of yourself. While it is true that she is MUCH too good for most on here.... I did it once.
Mac: You aren't worth the breath I'm wasting to destroy your self esteem.

Heh Heh,
Well I'm sure some people here live in double wides, LOL.
As for a primer just beer for me Baby
As for RAID517 or Bite and Swallow ??
I'm sure their trailer parks support both formats.
I'm talking about their living arrangements and not their sexual orientation
Please don't knock my porch light out Jeff
