Cant get on the site unless i use a proxy

Anytime I try to get on the site....not necessarily the forum but even just the site i get a connection refused by site.

i was wondering did the whole ip range for my ISP (Ell Tel in Ellensburg, Washington) get banned or is it my IP as we have non-static IP's for our DSL here

I keep hearing good things about this site and want to be able to visit it but without having to use a proxy everytime

sorry that it took me so long to reply

but basically i get the same thing

the ip that it shows on here when i post is not my actual ip its my proxy

give me a min and ill give you my ip so you can if it just me or sumthing else

its broken again

i pm'ed zardon about it but he went offline a while later so not sure whats going on
