Strobing Signatures
I'm fine with people having flash signatures (mostly because they deserve the honor). They can be done tastefully and not draw attention or be interactive. But lately there's been a couple popping up that strobe rapidly back and forth. It's like comparing a "Mission Emotion ATI" flash ad to a "OMG YOU WIN! BLINK BLINK BLINK CLICK HERE WIN BLINK BLINK" ad.
Can those types of flash signatures be changed? Thanks.

Oh bugger, if this isnt aimed at my sig then i'll eat my hat, *apologetic mode* Im sorry if its annoying *defence mode*, but I love my sig, its supposed to represent police lights to suit the GTA:SA mood, I love it, I'll throw it to the users though, if you all think it sucks, I'll get it changed, simple.

Animated signatures are used badly on virtually any forum that allows them. The two main reasons is that most people have little knowledge of the tools used to make the animations, and even fewer have some taste for what could make an animation good looking and unintrusive at the same time. It's just the way it is.

Maybe if you slow the image down Stop it, it could help. It has actually been mentioned to me by someone else as giving them a headache but I dont really want you to remove it if you like it.
You ok with perhaps getting the animation slowed down?
I know some people dont like the imagery but there is the option to disable it in your profile completely. I try to make sure everyone is happy with the options, I guess its not always possible.

You could have just asked him/them in PM instead of a feedback forum thread as im sure people will understand.
You have to realise that im not going to moderate the way signatures are displayed as long as they dont breach the rules we have in place - it would be a pretty oppressive environment on DH, you agree?

Zardon, Im sorry if my sig has caused hassle, and I'll ask tastyweat if he can slow it down a bit (Hes the one who made it for me), I just asked him for it after the sig team started a flash attack and thats what they came up with, I personally love it but if it annoys users then changed it will be.
All I can do is apologise to the people it has annoyed, sorry
