Maybe problem, maybe not?
Just wondering, but when I use the WYSIWYG menu, and I try to apply BOLD to many of the fonts, it doesn't work. It does work with many of them though, just wondering if this was meant to be like that or if it was a bug.
Arial normal Arial bold Arial Black normal Arial Black Bold Arial Normal Arial Normal bold Book Antiqua Book Antiqua bold Well it works here- but when I try to change my entire sig to bold it just changes the size- maybe because my sig has custom colors in it? I'm not sure... __________________________________ __________________________________ *** Ok, I've done some more experimenting and it seems the fonts that don't work in my sig only don't work when the size is set to size "1" but work (bold works) on size "2". I'll set the size to size "1" and see if it works here: _________________________________________ Arial Arial BOLD Ariual Black Arial Black BOLD Arial Normal Arial Normal Bold Book Antiqua Book Atiqua BOLD Century Gothic Century Gothic BOLD Comic Sans MS Comic Sans MS BOLD Courier Courier New BOLD Fixedsys Fixedsys BOLD Franklin Gothic Med Franklin Gothic Med Garamond Garamond BOLD Impact Impact BOLD Lucida Console Lucida Console BOLD Lucida Sans Unicode Lucida Sans Unicode BOLD Microsoft Sans Serif Microsoft Sans Serif BOLD Palitino Linotype Palitino Linotype BOLD System - System BOLD ** note: with "System" regular is kinda bold I guess and it doesn't change when you set it to bold.. Also this font stays the same size if you chose 1, 2, 3, or 4. -then when you change to size "5" the size changes. Tahoma Tahoma BOLD Times new Roman Times new Roman BOLD Trebuchet MS Trebuchet MS BOLD Verenda Verenda Bold Well I might have answered my own question, maybe not. It looks like some fonts on size "1" are way too small to be readable if they are bold. But it also seems like some are smaller than others when they are set to size "1".. It also seems like some fonts on size "1" are big enough to use bold and still be readable but they don't change to bold.. Maybe you guys are already aware of this and it just takes time to tweak the different sizes and decide whether bold will work at the smallest size, or maybe the smallest size on some of the fonts needs to be adjusted, I don't know how much control is even possible.. Just letting you know- - At least now you have a list to look at if you decide to change the way the fonts behave when setting them to size "1" and "bold"... ___________________________________ ___________________________________ *Also another very small bug with the WYSIWYG editor: When you have a lot of text highlighted, then pull down the font editor, the scroll bar doesn't work correctly, you have to click on it 3 times to get it to work.. But the middle mouse button does work. Something probably not many people have noticed...
