Forum notifications - working for everyone?

I noticed a few threads with forum members complaining their new post notification isn't working.

Craig changed some settings late last week, can you confirm it is working now for you all please?

The only ones i have opted to receive is reported threads & pm notifications..

I receive them ok..

looks okay now but still occasional delays (up to 10 minutes) - no drama!
It may be Australia's totalitarian internet censorship in progress.
