System Specs

I replied to you in email explaining if you were unable to reset the password using the system in place you would need to email me from the registered email for that account, and I gave you that address, you replied by telling me the address registered to the account (which I already told you) but from a different account, until you can email me from the correct address I will not be unlocking that account.
