i have a problem with my Creative audigy value card (SB0570) on windows 7
first time I Installed windows 7 and used the sb audigy driver from windows update it worked fine with no problems

after a while windows noticed me that there is a driver update for audigy
and then started my problem . I downloaded it and installed it then it gave me error . after restarting pc and when the start windows sound began the windows stops responding and makes a noisy sound , even after restarting it makes the same so i started windows with last known good config and uninstalled the driver

after this i tried all the drivers out there from creative site both official and unofficial Daniel_k drivers even beta drivers and lastly your driver here all of them made the same windows hangs as soon as it plays any sound
I even tried to format the drive and re-install windows 7 and tried those drivers again but it's useless

however the card works smoothly on windows xp with no problems of any kind
sorry I talked a lot but these are all the details about my case

i got the USB Sound Blaster X-FI Surround 5.1. Runs smoothly on my Desktop PC with the PAX drivers. But i cant get it to work on my Notebook :(
Normal installation using the setup.exe starts and installs the software currect without any problems. But the drivers wont get installed. I always get "Access denied" (Zugriff Verweigert, im german :) ) if i try to install them manually ...


I already deinstalled and removed the drivers like 20 times (usin driver-sweeper) but it does not work either :/
My OS is Windows 7 x64

So far XP users on PCIe XFI Creative Titanium Treiber Cd I can't get the XFI drivers to work with XP I try many ways but the software cd it self would work even with updated software you have installed main driver drifter. Like from my v1.35 set. You have go to custom setup and choice everthing without drivers. As for Win 7 users drivers work great no issue there. Now I'm going try get the software updates work with the new PCIe XFI Creative Titanium Treiber cd suite. Since it has better installer thats why I'm trying make it prefect. I'm sure the PCIe XFI Creative Titanium Treiber would work on Vista on XFI cards too since so far they working great on win 7. Just not XP drivers though. As for PCIe XFI Creative Titanium Treiber I'm making read me right now. There not going be software suite updated software just the drivers for now. Look for for PCIe XFI Creative Titanium Treiber Suite after 11pm hour est time :). As for XFI users with PCIe XFI Creative Titanium Treiber suite with XFI software look for CD tomorrow. I'd only can do so much one day even testing back an fourth to see if software work which it did and drivers to on win 7. I have Sound Blaster Live! 5.1 SB0100 and use that driver: PAX-NewYear2005 + YouP-PAX-VI v2.2 and card is connected to my amplifier with AC3 and DTS decoder via SPDIF passtrough mode. With this driver works ok AC3 passtrough, music and sound are very good quality, but doesn't work DTS audio passtrough transfer - transfered PCM signal didn't decoded by amplifier ;(

I found last week this modded by YouP-PAX installation image Audigy4Pro-YpoauxP.iso from Audigy 4 card. With this driver works ok all aplications and driver from this installation image on SB Live! 5.1 and via SPDIF works good AC3 and DTS audio passtrough with 48 khz and 44,1 kHz sampling (SPDIF Test from AC3filter works ok for 48 kHz and 44,1 kHz DirectSound Support too), but sound and music quality are very poor, while listening to music in FLAC format scratchy, the sound stops for a split second sometimes, the quality of bass is a thin.

Can someone with expert colleagues could perform the modification this driver from Audigy4Pro-YpoauxP.iso how YouP-PAX does in YouP-PAX-VI v2.2 driver - music and sound are very good with exellent bass!

How to open You muss not extract with Winrar it contans own self extracing all you have do is double click exe file and folder would extract it self.
To installed them right way.
1. Uninstalled from Device manager.
2. Run driver cleaner or sweaper.
3. Reboot.
4. Used a Reg fix cleaner then run Reg defrager.
5. Ps If you haven't check error on your hard drive it's time to do so before installing new set.
6. Reboot.
7. Installed the driver by clicking on setup.exe
8. If you running suite please go to audio folder then setup folder then click on setup.exe.
9. Click on Installed this driver anyway second box.
10. Reboot and Enjoy them.

All Sets have same Tweaks from XFI Set settings with Extra Bass and Treble settings. Ever set is X 32 and X64 bit support. All Sets works on XP to Win 7 But if said expact XP only.
