I am looking for a programmer who can supply IIR coefficients to produce high slope crossover functionality in the audiology environment. Will provide an equity position in my company $$.

You could try the program QEDesign from Momemtum Data Systems
Their website is http://www.mds.com
It looks very powerful but it's not cheap.
