Driverheaven - Driver Cleaner, first public beta
Spike has made a new driver cleaner application for Driverheaven and his latest version V051 is available for download from Driverheaven server.
This version has been tested by beta testers and is the first public release, its developed for all windows operating systems from win 95 to XP. This uninstaller is only for Nvidia cards at the moment but there are future plans to enhance this to support ATI cards. download here Please give Spike some feedback in this thread in the forum. |

Yep it is great that there is now a public beta. Also i played around with the ATI drivers and included an ATI cleaner file. only this file IS in EARLY stages, i need feedback about that, because i don't have an ATI card. So please test that and send feedback. Enjoy the program.
Also for other people and webmaster don't link to this file. Just visit this site and you can see that there will come new versions. |

I've tested it with the most recent omegadrivers , first uninstalled the drivers in "add/remove programs" then rebooted , then I executed your program .
Their were some files that were not deleted : the oemx.inf file http://users.skynet.be/six/dc5.JPG and all registry files were still there : http://users.skynet.be/six/dc6.JPG http://users.skynet.be/six/dc7.JPG http://users.skynet.be/six/dc8.JPG http://users.skynet.be/six/dc9.JPG and now I'm going to test the new cat3's with sof2  greetz GUNNIX |

GUNNIX thanx for testing. I have a question. Can you export the registry keys that it left. And send the .reg files to my mail.

GUNNIX thanx for the screenshots. That really helped me. I rewrote the code of the cleaner and updated the cleaning files. Now it should work good. I am going to make a new build and let it be tested and than i will release it.

My fave part.
I just love how this program is flexible enough to be so easily adjusted to clean things right! If there's enough input on this it should work on everything before too long.
