I'm not trying to dog this program (because I like it) but it does have a serious flaw if you do not follow the steps exactly.
Here is how I fixed the problem.
1. click on start and go "help and Support".
2. At the top left in search type "system restore, click green arrow".
3. Click on "Run system restore Wizard".
4. Select "restore my system to a earlier time, the click next".
5. Select a prior date (like the previous day), click next.
6. You will see a bunch of writing in "red" just click next.
7. Click next again and you system will be restored!!!
Again this a good program but it does have a
SERIOUS FLAW when the directions are not followed exactly. If I could offer a recommendation it be to fix and make the program more dummy proof for people like me.
