Tool query:Dx9.0a cleaner?

Basicly Tomb Raider:Angel of Darkness somehow screwed up Dx to thing all sound cards are "emulated" so now all my games don't work. I've tried installing different cards (including an onboard Via one) but they are turn out to be "emulated".  As Mac Daddy suggested it might be a good place to ask for: A DirectX 9.0a cleaner/uninstaller. Is there such a thing? Thanks in advance for any help |

Yes there is a tool for only i don't know where i saw it. Did you try a google search?

Wow! that was a quick reply! Yeah I did a search on google, but only came up with older buster/eradicater that only did 8.1. I couldn't find any that said they would do 9. Maybe I need the exact name of the cleaner to find it

Might have found one at Majorgeeks.com (http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2935) found it after doing several searches with spaces left out etc!

Yes that is the one i mentioned. There is only 1 uninstaller on the net for DX9 so you found it.
