Win7 HP Pavilion zx5000 ATI Mobility Radeon 9600/9700

I Installed WIndows 7 On my HP Pavillion zx5000 Laptop and I cant get the video drivers to work :S I herd some got it to work with modder and such but I have no idea what drivers they got and how the modder thing works and such so um I would very much appreciate some help since i cannot play any games due to this ._. and i cant change my resolution D;

I have ATI Mobility Radeon 9600/9700 I been trying to fix this for 4 days now X_X Big Pain in the butt
