mobility mod crashes with photoshop CS4!

ve 'almost' no problems with HD3650 mobility mod for XP except for the following 2 problems:

1) VPU tends to hang quite often and screen appears 'checker noise' pattern, I need to relay on VPU recover on normal windows operation.

2) It crashes with photoshop CS4 whenever I want to run the program. After the 1st crash photoshop automatically disable GPU acceleration, however it stills crashes.

Please help!

system: Dell Studio 1730
modded HD3650 catalyst driver 9.6 to run on Win XP SP3
