I hope, someone can help me?!

For two weeks I bought a new notebook: Toshiba Satellite P300-20W. Then I installed the 64bit Version of Windows Vista Home Premium. But now, I haven´t got an actual display driver. Toshiba hasn´t got an offical driver for 64bit.
Because of that, I have downloaded the driver from ATI homepage and also the mobility modder from this homepage. I followed the points on the list (http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool.php) but at point 6 I´ll be at a loss. When I go to "9-5_vista64_win7_64_dd_ccc_wdm_enu" in vista, there is no SETUP.EXE. Where do I find it exactly? When I open "Drivers" under the folder there is an SETUP.EXE. But when I open this, The Catalyst will install and install again. How did I use the ATI Catalyst and get to the menu?
