It's ALL CAPS because you managed to omit that kind important information in webpage, forums, and even helpfile.

So yeah - WTF are those magic quatro/mobility/whatever tweaks?!

they modify desktop nvidia drivers to run on mobility chipsets.

I could maybe have put that in caps for you, but im hoping you can work it out.
