TuneVista?

Any chance of a version of TuneXP for Vista? It could certainly use an app to speed up boot times.Or does anyone know of something similar to make Vista boot faster? It sure does need it. Thanks.

Hi there and welcome to DriverHeaven!

TuneXP has been dead project for ages now. Good 7200 rpm hdd with 2Gb+ RAM and Vista boots nicely.

Welcome to DH.

A decent pc with a minimum of 2 Gig of ram.. and perhaps a good ReadyBoost capable pen drive used should give you some good boot times. Also a quick Hdd (fully defragged) may be more usefull..

If you look at my specs my vista setup boots within 30-40 seconds...

Look around for Yamisoft Vista Manger, trials available from the site.

Heard ChaosMinionX talking about it in a prior thread, works well until doing these things manually in vista becomes second nature
