ATi cannot get catalyst control center

I have a toshiba a135-s2276 laptop that originally had windows vista on it but I decided to downgrade to xp.Now I installed the omega radeoon drivers because I tried every single mobility driver ati had on its site because i love the way the catalyst control center looks.Every time it said setup did not find any drivers compatible with your current hardware or somethjhing like that.Now is there a way I could getthe original catalyst control on my laptop even though it ships with vista,not xp?Please help as I really wnat to know because i love the catalyst control center.
