Thumbs Up! HD 2600 XT and LCD TV at 60/50 Hz

Hello,
I installed ATI Mobility 7-11 using DH Mobility Modder for ATI Mobility Radeon HD 2600 XT under XP. It works very well including all functions in CCC. Many thanks DH people It is first now that I see what 2600 card is capable of. However, when I turn on my LCD TV connected as a secondary display, ATI sets the refresh rate to 60 Hz which causes my TV to display smaller picture with a big black border around. If I manually select 50 Hz in CCC then I get full screen 1:1 pixel mapped picture on TV. Is there a way to force the driver (or whoever it is) to use 50 Hz automatically when I switch the TV on? I can create a profile for this but then I still have to activate it. I would like to have it automatically right when I turn on my TV on using IR remote. My computer manufacturer doesn't provide CCC, only the raw low level driver with only limitted functionality as compare to 7-11 from ATI, therefore they cannot answer the question. ATI refuses to talk, of course.
Thanks/Mikael
