Problems on ThinkPad T60p with FireGL V5250

I installed both the DH Mobility Modder as well as the latest Catalyst drivers (7.10) on my ThinkPad T60p (WinXP Pro) with a FireGL V5250 without any errors or problems, however once I rebooted my laptop after the install it booted up and locked up. I reset it a few more times, but each time the would happen: boot up, let me click the mouse a few time and then completely lock up. The only way to recover was to hold the power button to shut it down.

Any ideas?
