Problem with starting the setup

I have everything ready with the modifier. I modified the driver but it won't let me do the set up. When i click it it won't install. I don't know how to open it with windows installer. If anyone has any suggestions please tell me.

So you modified the driver with the Mobility Modder? and then you tried running setup.exe in the folder of the driver?

Did oyu get an error mesage or something else?

Yeah it says it can't open. I might have messed it up but i don't know what to open the setup.exe with. In the instructions it said it should just install but it can't do that since i don't know what to open the file with.

You don't need to open the setup.exe. You need to double click it so that it will run that file.

It dosen't run it thats the problem. The internet explorer keeps poping up and asking me if i want to run or save the file. When i click run it just keeps messing up and telling me to keep pressing run and it never works.
