Please help!

Hello, I had used the patje modding tool on my laptop which was pretty dated and used a 9600 mobility radeon. The tool worked perfectly and I had used it for a year. Then the other day my computer seemed to be overheating and so i thought it may be the driver so with windows i rolled the driver back. Now there are like uniform lines and dots all over the screen and when i try to reinstall the ati driver with patje it says that it will not work after doube clicking on it.
