Boot to Driver Cleaner CD?

Hello, I'm attempting to fix a computer with a very bad videocard driver problem. I can read boot screens and the like after a fashion, but Windows XP definitely won't load at all.

Can your program make a CD boot disk that I can use to remove the problem driver?

Hi, the only thing i can suggest is if you can get into safe mode. Making a bootcd would also require adding some sort of windows with the .net framework. My program can't make that sorry.
