Question about Cab Cleaner

I'm a little confused on what Cab Cleaner does and how to use it.

When first starting Driver Cleaner, am I supposed to choose the Nvidia entries I want to add and then click on Tools/Cab Cleaner or just go straight to Cab Cleaner?

System Specs

You have to see Cab Cleaner as a sort of separate program. So you can go straight to it.

Cab Cleaner removes the ATI and nVidia files from the cab files, so that windows can not use that to install the drivers.
