DC Platinum crashes all the time!
Hi!
I purchased my license a month ago or so but haven't really had the need for DC until today. I tried uninstalling my Forceware and booted into safemode. I wanted to clean my computer from nvidia drivers and I got 20+ error messages. I then tried cleaning drivers.cab and it totally crashed.
Whatīs up?

Hey Spike!
Sorry about not being able to respond earlier, here goes:
When I try to perform a driver.cab clean your software totally crashes and gives me this in the event viewer:
Faulting application dcleaner.exe, version 2.1.0.6, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
Screenshot here:

I also had issues with Forceware cleaning.
I purchased DC Platinum a few months ago, please get back to me.
Thanks!
/Matt

Yes, it only happens with the drivers.cab file, not SP2.cab for some strange reason.
I aslo get several error messages when cleaning my Forceware drivers but at the time I didnīt take any screenshots etc.
Is there any way I can help you fix this? Error reports etc?
Thanks!

I am not sure, but it looks like it crashes by some in safe mode and by others not. I fi t crashes in safe mode, then you can also use Cab Cleaner when you start to the normal windows. So it doesn't need to be run in safe mode.
