I have vista x64 sp1 with .net 3.5 sp1 and visual studios 2008 express and I recieve this error: Exception ECException in module DriverCheckDotNet.exe at 000213BD. Array cannot be null. My email is james_edmiston@sbcglobal.net

I am having the same problem, and it looks like I have the same config. Did you figure out what is causing this error to happen?

only a few people have this problem and i can't reproduce it, so people that just bought it can email me and we will refund those. Any info could help.
