So I tried to buy this driver cleaner thing because my graphics drivers arn't working well, and when I went through the last payment step instead of letting me download it said that the card was denied and I got an email with some wierd telephone number saying to call that for help. The wierd thing is, when I tried the card again (I know it's good), it said that the purchase couln't be made (no putting in contact info) and to contact the merchant


So, I guess this is contacting the merchant? Any help is appriciated. So I guess I'll just troll the forums till I get some response...

Dukaga, please send an email to info at drivercleaner dot net. Put in the email the email address you used to register and also the name and what type of card you used. Then we can look into it why it got denied. Put in the subject something like Driver Cleaner Payment Denied. Then i can find it better.
