Can't Load Program --- Error message

I just purchased your software; after loading, I double-clicked on the desktop shortcut and I got an error message:

“Exception ECException in module driver cleaner dot net.exe at 000213bd. Failure has occurred while loading a type.”

E Mail Jayver@comcast.net

I purchased this program because I had went to update my ATI vid drivers and unfortunately I didn’t delete my old ones first (never had a problem before) Now I get an error message at startup saying that there is an error with the catalyst control center and it must close. So….after doing some searching I came across an excellent recommendation for your program and thought it might solve my problem. But now…. I can’t even get your program to start so I can fix my original problem.

Please Help!!!

System specs:

Intel Pent 4 - 3.2 Ghz with Hyperthreading
1 Gig RAM
Windows XP home edition
ATI radeon X850 Vid card - PC Express

What you could try is reinstall the .net framework 2.0 and see if that helps.

If that does not help please send an email to info at drivercleaner dot net. Then we can discuss other steps we can try or something else.

I have only seen this error a few times in the past and some people fixed it by reinstalling the .net framework and by some we refunded because we couldn't get it solved. So please send an email after trying that .net framework and we can see what we can try more.

hi, Spike. I actually just had exactly the same error while trying to launch my newly purchased version of the Driver Cleaner Pro.

What has been a resolution to the original poster problem?

Thanks,
