Unhandled Exception Running Driver Remover

I am running following system with ,Net 2.0 installed AMD 6400 4G Ram ASUS M2N32-SLI MB eVGA 8800 Ultra
When I run the DCDotNetSetup.exe the program appears to install without any problems but when I try to run DriverCleaner.net I get the following

Hi,

have you already tried reinstalling the .NET Framework 2.0?

What OS do you use? and is it fully updated?
