Driver Cleaner.NET has encountered a problem and needs to close...

Just purchased and downloaded today. Following instructions...
Installed MSI 3.0
Installed DotNet 2.0
Add/Remove programs (removed ATI Video drivers)
Reboot to safemode
Uninstalled ATI driver from Device Manager
Installed Driver Cleaner
Last step of install... option to open Driver Cleaner
After long delay program ends with the following exception

Application Error:
Exception ECException in module DriverCleanerDotNET.exe at 0001E54D
Keyset does not exist

Have you tried skipping step 3 and booting to normal windows and running Driver Cleaner there? does it work then? In some rare occasions it will not run in safe mode for some reason.
