Here is some info for updating with LiveUpdate. After running LiveUpdate and there are updates, then finish those and after that run LiveUpdate again so you are always sure you have all the updates.

When you go from 3.0.0.0 to 3.1.0.0 you have to run LiveUpdate 2 times to get all updates.
